We're taking our Chocolate Whoopie Pie Mix and making it extra special by adding fresh strawberries to the filling!!  Simply prepare the filling according to recipe provide on the directions with the following changes: - omit milk and add crushed or pureed fresh strawberries (approx. 4-5 large berries in total) - add additional amounts of confectioner's sugar - a little at a time - until the frosting is stiff enough to work well for the whoopie pie filling.

Did you know our Garden Herb Biscuit Mix makes the most delicious beer bread too?  Here are tips for changing it up: Per One package Carolyn's Farm kitchen Garden Herb Drop Biscuit Mix Add 1 stick melted butter + 12 oz. beer (or club soda) Preheat oven to 375.  Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir just until blended. Spread batter into a greased 9x5x3" loaf pan and bake in upper third of the oven for 38-40 minutes, or just until no longer doughy in center.  Remove from the oven and cool for 10 minutes before turning out of pan.
