All the flavors you expect of autumn, this bread is so moist and loaded with delicious pumpkin flavor!  Versatile too, this mix can be enjoyed plain or with the addition of raisins, walnuts or pecans, or chocolate chips (as shown here).   Makes one 8x4" loaf but can also be baked into mini loaves, bundt cake, or muffins.  Freezes great!  Makes 8x4" loaf.  14 oz.
