Gluten-Free Fruit Bread & Muffin Mix

Made with clean non-gmo ingredients and lab-tested, this easy mix can be made with any fresh or frozen fruit and can be baked as muffins or a loaf bread. Super moist, full of flavor, and no funny texture or after-taste, you won't even know it's gluten-free! Makes 10 medium-size muffins or one 9x5x3" loaf. Product weight 19 oz.
It's delicious all ways........
*Summer Berries (blueberries, blackberries, cherries, raspberries, or strawberry-rhubarb). Add a bit of orange or lemon zest to the batter if desired, and top with a sprinkle if sugar for crunch)
*Peaches (add 1 tsp. cinnamon to the mix, use chopped peaches, and top bread or muffins with cinnamon-sugar)
*Apples (add 1 tsp. cinnamon to the mix, use apple cider in place of milk, add peeled & chopped apples, and sprinkle top with cinnamon-sugar)
*Cranberries (swap milk with orange juice and add fresh or frozen cranberries. Finish with a light glaze made with GF confectioner's sugar & OJ)
