Triple-Chocolate Raspberry Muffins (using our Chocolate Whoopie Pie Mix)

These decadent muffins are made simple using our Chocolate Whoopie Pie Mix. Simply prepare package according to instructions with the following changes:

- Increase vegetable oil to 2/3 cup

- Fold into batter approx. 1 heaping cup fresh or frozen raspberries and 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips.

- Scoop batter into a greased & lined muffin tin, filling the wells 3/4 of the way.  Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes or just until center is no longer wet when tested.  

- Cool muffins completely and stripe with melted white chocolate to finish (a fine-tip pastry bag or baggie with small hole cut works great)
