The Barn

Last night was the ‘kick-off’ class at the beautiful Gould Barn in Topsfield.  Thanks to all those who joined me in the kitchen….and kudos for preparing a wonderful ‘APPLES, APPLES’ menu……my pleasure to have you all for the evening.  New England in fall is pretty special anyway, but there’s something about celebrating the local apple harvest in a 300-year old restored barn, dining with new friends and eating homemade cider doughnuts as an appetizer and dessert…..neat!
