4/8 Easter Bake - Lemon Pound Cake (Mini Loaf)

1 lb. Loaf  (approx. 3-4 servings)

We're using our Blueberry Sour Cream Pound Cake Mix to make this moist lemony loaf with loads of fresh lemon added and finished with a light lemon glaze.  Simply delicious to slice and enjoy 'as is'.  Enjoy fresh for 4-5 days or wrap slices individually for the freezer
