4/8 Easter Bake - Harvest Loaf with Cream Cheese Icing (Large)

1 1/2 lb. loaf (6-7 servings)

Our Harvest Tea Bread Mix is back, and we're using it to make this moist loaf loaded with with raw grated carrots, chopped apples, walnuts, dried cranberries, cinnamon & spices and finished with cream cheese icing....yum!  Enjoy for breakfast, tea time, or as an afternoon snack for the kids.  Freezes well too.
