Class Info

Classes are geared towards adults (16 & up), and include hands-on participation with chef instruction, recipe booklets, and a wonderful meal at the end of the session (often with wine!).   Exceptions to this format are our unique culinary events offered throughout the year at wonderful venues and include cooking demonstrations, presentations & samplings, field-to-kitchen harvest workshops, wine pairing and farm dinners, and many other fun, quirky edible events!

Classes start promptly so we welcome you to arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and meet some of your fellow kitchen mates.  Traditional classes average 2 1/2 – 3 hours, with approximately 1 1/2 hours hands-on in the kitchen.  For everyone’s comfort and safety we recommend you wear comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes, and long hair tied back.  Please feel free to bring along an apron if you wish to wear one.

All classes require advance registration and payment   Classes and events range from $50-$85 depending on the format & style, with fees and/or registration links posted on the calendar date for each event (see Calendar Page).  Classes are limited and registration is handled on a first come, first serve basis.

To register:  Visit our calendar page and click ‘Register’ on the desired class date.  A shopping cart will appear on the  right side of the screen and secure payment can be made using Paypal.  This will automatically confirm your reservation in the class.
