3/13/17 – Culinary Skills Series

~This was my first time taking a cooking class at Appleton Farms and I will certainly return. I took the Cooking Methods class with Chef Carolyn Grieco. Even though I have been cooking for years, I learned many techniques that will enhance my cooking. Carolyn is very professional and engaging. She did all the prepping and clean-up in addition to providing us with a well-planned menu. Bravo!

~Carolyn is very knowledgeable, organized, approachable and fun! I’m confident any class she teaches will be incredible!

‘Sweet As Pie’ Cooking Workshop

I loved taking your pie class last Saturday, you really taught us so much. And the pie I made was excellent.  The crust was too good to be mine! So, I do know that I need to make another one before long. I’m so glad I went to your class. Thank you.  Diane


Canning Workshop, 2016

Hi Carolyn!

Just wanted to follow up with another thank you for your class! I have canned so much this fall- “putting up” dilly beans, pickled cauliflower, applesauce… even spiced cantaloupe! And so much more! Loving it! As I am writing I am making all sorts of jams for Holiday gifts. Thanks so much for teaching me this amazing skill!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Did the squash extravaganza cooking class last night – a fantastic evening!! Carolyn is a great chef and instructor – she didn’t talk too much or above our own cooking abilities (or lack thereof).
